Hi, I'm Jose Andres. I grew up in Venezuela and have been building software professionally for over six years, currently based in Bogota, Colombia.
Right now I'm a Senior Software Engineer at Station70, where I build security infrastructure for the Web3 ecosystem — backend systems, APIs, and cloud-native tooling using Python, TypeScript, and AWS.
I care about writing clear, maintainable code and shipping things that actually work. When I'm not heads-down on a problem I'm usually exploring new tools, contributing to open source, or thinking about what to build next.
